Originally released by Clay Records in 1981, Discharge's "Why" has come to be the foundation for the direction of so many hardcore bands in the years since it was released. It's hard to overstate the importance of this record. With that said, this official repress on Havoc Records does an excellent job of maintaining the integrity and quality of the initial version.
